Your Questions, Answered

    • Get a consult by an exterior specialist who specializes in storm damage. Do NOT put in a claim before you do this, or even when the specialist is present.

    • Step 2: The level of damage has to be visible, so make sure that your specialist provides photos to verify the damage. Best practice is to submit a claim WITH an estimate.

  • Check Google reviews, check the BBB (Better Business Bureau). If they are not registered, that would be a no. Or my favorite way, get a referral from a neighbor.

  • First, if you are planning on selling your house in the near future, absolutely, the work needs to be done for the sale to go through.

Secondly, if the repairs are reasonable, the work should be done. If the repairs are unreasonable, that's when you hire me.

At the end of the day, I always recommend getting a second, unbiased opinion.

  • I help with the full claims and operations of each build. From the initial consult, I provide a comprehensive method for field reps to assist them on day one. This helps your production team to know exactly what is needed, helps reduce risk, improves communication, and increases productivity and sales.

  • Sales teams, the production team, and the sales manager. Imagine being able to focus on sales and margin rather than 24/7 training.

I will give new and existing sales reps a uniform method to do their job and translate the work to other team members. This method also allows teams to check a claim status accurately and efficiently.
